July was a busy month for me since I was traveling a lot and spending time with family. I did not post as much as I would have liked to but still found some great stuff that both I and you all loved! Since I didn’t get a chance to post June’s I included it in this post too.
July was hot for all of us! The crochet swim suit from Target has been a staple for my summer beach trips! I have also seen a lot of other people wearing it, too. My friend and I actually both showed up one day wearing it, haha! The Old Navy Denim Shorts are also a summer must have and my most worn shorts this summer! They are so comfy, a modest length, and easy on the budget.
Denim is a favorite of mine so buying these Abercrombie jeans was an easy purchase. They don’t have a ton stretch so you might want to size up one. The denim jacket from Old Navy is so cute to pair with so many outfits and is a great staple for your closet!
This fire place is great if fire wood is out of your reach. It runs off of a propane tank that can stay hidden underneath. This is great for summer evening or even for this up coming fall weather!!
June’s Favorites

I gathered up all of the favorite’s from June through my following in the LikeitKnow.it app. These were the best sellers and top clicks by all of you! I personally love all of these items either for my self or on my husband! The overalls have to be my personal favorite and the button up is my hubby’s go to date shirt.
June was a great month for me. It really helped me push butt back in gear. I had really taken some time off from my blog to focus on my social media presence. Now that I feel comfortable with Instagram and have created a habit for posting everyday, I am bringing my attention back to creating blog posts.
I really enjoy this part of my journey of making it as an influencer. The writing and creating is what I love to focus on and the makeup and shopping is all an added bonus. I hope that you all are enjoying my posts as much as I am enjoying posting them. There is a lot more in store for the month of July and hope to publish a new blog post at least every week.
This last month included Father’s day. I did a large post on different gift guides for the Dad’s. I believe this is why there may have been a increase in favorites for the men’s clothing! Target is my husband’s favorite place to buy clothes. He finds them comfortable, affordable, and the clothes meet his style ideas.
Goals for August
I want to share my goals with you all, so that you know what you can expect from me and you can also hold me accountable. Now I’m not perfect and most likely won’t achieve all of these to there full potential but I will try my best!
- Publish a Blog Post at least Once a Week
- Share something on Instagram Stories everyday
- Post on Instagram at least 5 days a week
- Post twice as much on the LikeitKnow.it app in August than I did in June and July
- Post and Pin more on Pinterest (I have a very little presence on Pinterest right now)
These are all goals that I can control whether or not I can achieve them or not. I have other goals like gaining more followers and making a certain amount in commissions but I can’t force people to follow me and I can’t make people buy, so the things above are what I can do so hopefully the goals I can’t control can still be achieved.
